Open Roles
We are in need of Investor Partner power in the following roles!

Development Team
A creative connector who helps us spark new ideas, reach more people, and grow our community. You’ll brainstorm fresh ways to engage Partners, strengthen relationships, and attract new members who are excited about our mission. This role is all about offering insight, shaping strategy, and helping us think bigger—perfect for someone who loves collaborating, ideating, and turning “what if” into “let’s try it.”
Time: 1-3 hours per month
Duration: Ongoing

Social Media Creator
Help us bring our mission to life online! We’re looking for someone who loves crafting fun, eye-catching posts and telling meaningful stories. If you enjoy making short videos, designing simple graphics, or just creating content that gets people excited, this role is for you. Flexible, creative, and a great way to make an impact—one post at a time.
Time: Flexible
Duration: Ongoing

RTG Spanish Support
Our next Ready to Grow program starting in early 2026 will be in Spanish! We're looking for Partners to fill a number of roles, from instructors, to marketing, content creation, communications, or behind-the-scenes program tasks. You do need at least basic conversational Spanish, but don't let being a bit rusty stop you....
Time: Role dependent
Duration: Jan-May 2026 (approx)

Thank you for reporting your volunteer hours. These should include time spent at SVP events, sharing SVP's mission with potential Investor Partners, working with Community Partners or on SVP projects or teams, and doing personal research or learning. We appreciate you filling in your hours at least monthly.
Thank you for renewing with SVP Portland! Your contribution of time, money and expertise helps build the operational capacity, scale of impact, and overall resilience of local nonprofits and initiatives, in service of early childhood education for all children in Portland. You are making a difference!
