Open Roles
We are in need of Investor Partner power in the following roles!

PROJECT MANAGER
Our Community Partners have the vision; we just need the roadmap. We’re looking for Project Guides to help keep our initiatives on track. This is a low-hour, high-impact role where you’ll partner with a Lead to define structure and track progress. If you’re the person who naturally thinks in "next steps" and loves seeing a project cross the finish line, this is your time to shine.
Time: Flexible
Duration: Ongoing

SVP AMBASSADOR
Want to support SVP but short on time? We get it. That’s why we’re looking for Social Media Boosters. It’s simple: We send you the tools and the content; you hit "repost." By sharing our message with your network, you’re helping us connect with the investors who make our work possible. No content creation experience required—just a passion for what we do!
Time: Flexible
Duration: Ongoing

LEAD PARTNER
We have a growing pipeline of preschool organizations eager to partner with us, and we need more Lead Partners to help expand our impact. As a Lead Partner, you'll build meaningful relationships with community organizations while serving as the primary connector between the organization and SVP. Working alongside a team of fellow Leads, you'll identify opportunities, coordinate resources, and help move great ideas into action. The role offers flexibility, collaboration, and the chance to make a lasting difference in the community.
Time: 20 hrs/month
Duration: Ongoing

SHORT-TERM FACILITATOR/
CONSULTANT
Our alumnus Community Partner IRCO has reached out with a request for support over the summer as they work through future plans. We're looking for a facilitator and thought partner to help leadership prepare for potential changes over the next two years. Through a series of planning sessions, you'll guide scenario analysis, facilitate discussion, identify organizational implications, and help develop practical contingency planning frameworks that leadership and functional teams can use to inform future decisions.
Time: ~20 hrs over 3 months
Duration: 3 months, summer 2026
