Completed Investments
From our initial review of their grant applications through several years of volunteer involvement with the organization, we tend to develop deep attachments to our investments. In fact, even though our exit strategy is defined with Investees as part of the grantmaking process, when the day comes that we have accomplished our goals, it is still hard to say goodbye.
Some of our Partners remain involved informally with these nonprofit organizations. The nonprofits also remain a part of the SVPP family. These “retired” Investees represent some of the best community leaders and most effective organizations in Portland.
